※Refining substances with low boiling point such as hydrogen chloride and ammonia by stripping and absorption and collect as aqueous solution.
※Removing harmful substances contained in waste gases emitted from dryers and local ventilation equipment by absorption using water or organic solvent. Collected harmful substances are recovered by distillation or incinerated.
※Removing harmful substances including nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide generated from furnace such as waste incineration plant by absorption using water or organic solvent.
